Working method
The washing tunnel is divided into two sections: one for main washing and one for rinsing. The unit is very hygienic: cross infection will be avoided due to the pass through system.
In the main washing compartment the tub is being washed with great intensity: its top and bottom part, the inside and outside and also its sides are all treated. A powerful water spraying system, with rotating spray arms provided with nozzles, achieves this. A motor with adjustable speed will be used for the movement of these arms. In the rinsing compartment the tub will be rinsed with clean water fortified with compressed air. Using compressed air reduces water usage. Therefore the total water usage will e below 15 l/min.
The washing machine is provided with a water tank with a stationary filter and a pipe filter.
Effects
Washing with high pressure, a high quality cleaning effect will be achieved in the washing compartment. Brushing reduces the amount of water carried out of the machine. Also the drag of polluted washing water to the rinsing compartment will be minimal, resulting in a higher washing quality.
Washing result
The additional use of detergents or soaps will of course produce an even better washing result. That is why a detergent dose pump is optional. This pump injects a detergent according to the proportional system, keeping the cleaning process automatically at the required level. At the final rinse stage, before leaving the washer, the crate receives a small shock to remove excess water.
Temperature
The temperature of the cleaning water in the unit can be set at 40 – 60°C and has to be supplied from a boiler or hot water booster. The rinsing section can be supplied with cold water.
Options
At the front of the machine a separate feed in conveyor belt can be placed, making it possible to place the tubs directly into the machine. The conveyor belt can be folded back in such a way, it can be easily cleaned. You can place a feed out conveyor belt behind the machine, a topple over is also possible.
