Working method

The CIP systems are fully customized to customers needs. Examples of full automatically functions of the CIP50 are:

•Pre-rinsing with clean water of 25 – 45 °C
•Rinsing with water of 55°C to clean fixed pollution (with directly or delate outlet of water) and rinsing with water till 85°C
•Alkali cleaning for removing organic pollution
•Rinsing with cold water to remove lye
• Disinfection for reducing remaining micro-organism
•After-rinsing with cold germ-free water for removal of disinfection detergent.

Regulations

Examples of regulations which can be integrated into the system are:

•Filling with a timeclock or directly with hot water
•Electrical heating or reheating
•Proportional dosing of cleaning detergents
•CAP with compressed air
