Cleaning installation with heating process

LETS hot water boosters (HWB’s) are very suitable for cleaning with great capacity. The closed boiler system makes placement of the unit easy. The hot water can, besides for cleaning, also be used for sinks, crate wash installations and sterilization. The unit has a high return and is therefore very interesting for long term usage. The installation consist of: an HR LowNox (high-return) heating boiler, a Stainless Steel spiral heat exchanger, a Stainless Steel tank and a control unit.

Heating process

The cold water is been heated through a Stainless Steel exchanger to its temperature. The gas boiler takes care of the heat supply to the exchanger. The boiler has a GAS inspection mark and satisfies to all VEWIN norms. Temperature of the boiler is adjustable. Moreover the boiler is equipped with a regulator for saving energy. The units have an extremely high return: 95 - 98 percent (109% f Hi). Extra connections with or without valves can be placed.

Cleaning pump

The cleaning pump unit exists of a Stainless Steel tank with level and temperature safety device, an excellent pressure pump equipped with a pressure regulating valve and too high pressure safety device. The installation is well resistant to high temperatures. Plates cover the front side of the unit.

Switch-cupboard

The cupboard is assembled at working height and therefore easy accessible. The cupboard is water-resistant and has a safe 24V control equipped with a motor safety device, temperature safety device and low water level safety device. Cables and appendages are behind plates.
