Pump unit

A special 40 bar centrifugal pump, equipped with Stainless Steel fans, cover, shaft and rooms, with a hard metal mechanical sealing (a water resistant topping with a very special type alloy), are the heart of this machine.
The unit has a Stainless Steel tank with a 400 liter capacity. The tank is equipped with a level regulator, electrically steered supply valve, water shortage safety device and a big filter.

The pumps are assembled at a Stainless Steel frame. The basis of the frame, a Stainless Steel concrete foot, is equipped with adjustable legs and integrated sewerage. This foot takes care of a stabile unit with low sound.

Switch-cupboard

A water resistant cupboard placed on the front side of the unit contains all switch-components. The cupboard has a safe 24V or lower control and is equipped with a motor safety device, temperature safety device and low water level safety device.
Motors are secured against short-circuiting and over usage, providing high reliability and long life expectation. The motor starts with a soft starter. The C62 is PLC-steered. Moreover the unit is secured in such a way it does not heathen because of a small leakage in the pipe system.
The installation applies to all Dutch and European safety regulations. The Unit is CE inspected and has a CE mark.
