Pump unit

This robust centrifugal pump unit is developed for cleaning with low pressure (max. 24 bar). The unit is equipped with one or two centrifugal pumps. Especially in case of less fixed pollution, this is an ideal system. Using low pressure, the unit has low steam output. Having reasonable pressure, the power is enough at greater capacity. By using centrifugal pumps the need for maintenance is low.

Construction

Special pumps with approximately twenty bar working pressure are the heart of this unit. The pumps are assembled at a Stainless Steel frame. The basis of the frame, a Stainless Steel covered concrete foot, is equipped with adjustable legs and integrated sewerage. This foot takes care of a stabile unit with low sound.

The centrifugal pumps are equipped with Stainless Steel fans, cover, shaft and rooms, and have hard metal mechanical sealing (a water resistant topping with a very special type of allow). The unit is equipped with a Stainless Steel tank containing an electrical filling valve, temperature regulation and level regulation security device. The pump is secured against consequences of fracture damage of the pipe line system and against heathen up when small leaks occur in hoses or piping.

Working method

The working and operation method of this unit is very easy to understand. The pump unit starts fully automatically when opening a pistol. After closing the last pistol the unit also shuts down fully automatically after a previously selected time. Moreover units with more then 2 pumps have a PLC-steering taking care for equally amounts of running hours per pump.

Switch-cupboard

A central control unit contains all switch-components. The cupboard has a safe 24V or lower control and is equipped with a motor safety device, temperature safety device and low water level safety device. The installation applies to all Dutch and European safety regulations. The Unit is CE inspected and has a CE mark
