Construction

The unit is placed on a, with Stainless Steel covered, concrete feet. This feet has an integrated sewerage. The unit exists of a Stainless Steel tank with enough capacity. The thank is equipped with an electrically steered level regulating valve, level regulator, temperature security and low water safety device. The machine is 1.60 meter high and that is good for the water supply to the pump, because it creates pressure.

The motor-pump combination is placed, with vibration dampers, on the Stainless Steel frame. The pump is silent and very reliable. The pump is equipped with a hydraulic pressure regulator and manometer. Moreover a pressure accumulator is assembled.

Switch-cupboard

In the front side of the unit a water resistant cupboard is assembled. It has a safe 24V control and consists of a motor safety device, temperature safety device and a water shortage device. The units from 7.5 KW on, start with a soft starter. Motors are secured against short-circuiting and over usage. Moreover the units are secured in such a way they do not heaten too much because of a small leakage in the pipe system. The electrical installation satisfies to all installation norms according to NEN 1010 and EMC-guide-lines. Naturally the machine is CE-inspected and has a CE-mark.

Working method

The working an operation method of the unit is very easy understandable. The pump unit starts fully automatically when opening a pistol. After closing the last pistol the unit also shuts down fully automatically, after a previously selected time.
