Construction

The unit is built on a Stainless Steel frame, with optional a Stainless Steel compartment. The frame exists of a Stainless Steel tank with twenty litres capacity. This tanks is equipped with a level regulator, magnetic velvet and filter. The machine is eighty centimetres high and that is in favour of the water supply to the pump.
The motor-pump combination, with vibration dampers, has been placed on the combination. Running slowly, the pump is silent and extremely reliable. The pump is equipped with a hydraulic pressure regulator, manometer and pressure accumulator. Naturally the unit satisfies to all relevant guide-lines. The machine is CE-inspected and has a CE-mark.

Switch-cupboard

In the front side of the unit a water resistant cupboard is assembled. It has a safe 24V control and is equipped with a motor safety device, temperature safety device and a water shortage device.

Working method

The working an operation method of the unit is very easy understandable. The pump unit starts fully automatically when opening a pistol. After closing the last pistol the unit also shuts down fully automatically, after a previously selected time.
